The Aquinas College Pedal Prix is back! And what an occasion it promises to be. This year organizers (Aquinas College) are expecting over 30 schools from all over Queensland to contest this fantastic Human Powered Vehicles endurance event. over two days, the 18th and 19th of May 2017, normal karting activities will be suspended to allow the competition to take place. A range of vehicles, all human powered, will race around the 1.6 kilometre circuit. The vehicles will include hi tech carbon fibre, aero dynamic machines worth in excess of $10,000 to more modest designs. No matter what the kids are racing you can be sure they will give their all in the spirit of competition. Entry is free and spectators are welcome. This will be the third year in a row that the Gold Coast Motorsport Training Centre has hosted the Pedal Prix. Organizers and competitors agree the GCMTC is one of the safest venues available.
